‪This is a basic Hawaiian conversation class with Kumu Kēhau Shintani for students who have completed Mokuna 1-8 of Nā Kai ʻEwalu via our self-directed online chapter modules or equivalent thereof.‬

‪This class consists of 8 meetings via LifeSize, a video conferencing system similar to Google Hangouts On Air (HOA). Each class will be recorded live and uploaded to YouTube and archived for private review.‬

This goal of this class is to continue to build and strengthen the Hawaiian conversational skills of each participant. Children's stories that were written by Ka Haka ʻUla ʻO Keʻelikōlani College of Hawaiian Language students will be used as a discussion topic. Comprehension and grammar questions will also be developed by participants as a resource for these children's stories.
